Tracking of the teenagers around the highschool, the voiceover is cut to the tracking so that as Olive explains what is going on around the school as the camera tracks to that certain place or group of people.
Close up of the trainers hanging in the tree, which is sterotypical behavior of tennagers in highschool and in a teen angst film, generally you will have at least one bully, someone who causes a lot of pain to others in a teen angst film that is set in a highschool and in any school in reality really.

Music:
Upbeat, happy music with a strong drum beat throughout it, its rather relaxed though at the same time so it the strong vocals and drum beat could connote the troubles and how hard it is to fit in and to get through high school contrasted by the relaxed, upbeat nature to it which could connote excitment, enthusiasm and fun.

sound effects: Voice over, Olive talking about her story about lying and being in high school. Non diegetic music that is upbeat and creates an exited and carefree nature to the film. Characters:
You still have the 'mean girl' group with 'slaggy Lindsey' and the 'popular' girls who she doesn't fit into.
You have the "weirdo's" or the girls who don't fit in to the rest of the croud which in this case would be Georgia.

Editing:
Shot reverse shot when Georgia is running down the street in her olive costume away from the party and you it cuts from a close up of georgias face looking distressed, embarrsed and upset to the a mid shot of the elderly sitting on the bench staring at her and whispering amoungst themselves cut back to Georgia again. This could connte that Georgia is paraniod everyone is looking at her which is sterotypical for most teenage girls, the majorty or teenage girls stereotypically are rather concerned over their apperance.

Camera shots:

you have the popoular girls, and boys that go out to partys have a lot of fun and are constantly with their frends and in some type of group.
Rather posh, and have a lot of money.

Editing:
Cross cutting from the scene at the beach to the party to the car and back again, showing us what they have been up to all summer, its almost presenting us a visual diary of what the students at highschool have been up to throughout the summer break, what they do for fun so we can understand and try and connect with them a little more before the film really starts.

Camera shots and angles:
High angle of a group of teenagers in a car driving down a rode togther, messing around and laughing, this is sterotypically seen in American Teenage angst fillms, because most students within teen angst films can drive, and its usuallt the popular group that all go in the same car togther and mess about on the way to a party or school, trying to look 'cool'.
Handheld camera is used when they're all at a party, and its rather blurry to connoting that the person holding the camera is at the party dancing and jumping to so what they're filming isn't compltley clear.

Title:
Sans font, connotes that is very serious and the pink and green are sterotypical male and female colours, the pink and green are rather vibrant colours That give off a rather retro and 90's vibe to the film. The letters "L" in the title are both capatalised where as the rest of the title is not apart from the "C". This connotes the stupidity and ignorance that some teenagers can have, and it emphaises the title "Cluless" even more.

sound effects:
The diegetic sound of the main character shouting "Shit" is sterotypical for most teenagers, its usual for most teeangers to swear in todays society. That sought of language is quite commonly found in teen angst films.
Non diegetic synchronous sound effects of the ttile glistning and then smashing into little peices.

Title:
In Sans font, gold and pink lettering, this could connote pupularity, royalty, authority and power it could also connote wealth of some kind. Pink is a sterotypical girl colour.

Music:
Rock music with a distincitive drum beat, creates a "badass" feel to the movie before its begun. Rather upbeat.

sound effects:
Voice over - non diegetic sound to tell us more about the movie, gives us a feel for the characters that will be involved and provides us with information about the highscool, and why the charcaters are there.

Title:

Sans font, large yellow wrting, connotes a serious tone to the movie, yellow connnotes a warning but also it can connote happyness which is sterotypically associated with teen angst films, usually there is some drama within the begining or middle, and then it resolves itself in the end and everyone is happy again.

Editing:
Transition from the black screen to it smashing and showing the location of the highschool. which also emphasises the badass theme that may run througout the rest of the film.
Montage of shots of the high school, all the classrooms and hall ways, giving the audience a feel of what the school is really like, what it looks like before the film really begins, so we can start guessing what kinds of characters will be within this movie.
